Dung Pham is a PhD student in Evaluation, Measurement and Research and a graduate research assistant in the Department of Educational Leadership, Research and Technology at Western Michigan University. Her research interests include program evaluation, educational measurement and assessment, and educational research using mixed-methods designs.
